asset seizure for debt in NH?

I have a collection agency taking me to court for 12K$ The only asset I own is a vehicle worth 10K$. Can they legally take it from me or make me sell it. I live in NH

    Only if the debt is for the car loan...otherwise no....

    Have you officially been served a summons to appear in court for this debt by a sheriff or process server that included a court case docket number ? Has a court date been set? A letter from a collection agency implying legal action is not a summons.

    Move to FL were they can not touch you or sell the car to some one you know for 1$ then they can not touch it
