Animal related fines in your area?

Question

I'm trying to get together an average of animal related fines, to present to my city as part of revised laws rather than having them enact the new limit law that they are trying to put in place. 

Our current laws are fine, they just need revision and enforcement. The law they are trying to add isn't going to help at all and will be unenforceable. 

So I'd like to know:
What is the fine for violation the leash law?
How much time are you given to renew your dog licenses each year?
What is the fine for failing to get a dog a license?
What are the fines for violating noise ordinances if any? (dog barking excessively)

Any others you can think of please feel free to add.

We now have lifetime dog registration - a once off Au$40 fee - dogs (and cats) must also be micro-chipped.
De-sexing is compulsory and you must be licensed to keep a sexually entire animal - this is about a $190 fee
Not picking up droppings (or carrying a bag to do so) is a $50 on the spot fine
Noise - depends on the circumstances but fines may be issued and dogs seized

we have no licensing ordinance in the area
no proof of rabies $50
nuicence barking, smell, etc. $50-750 depending on offence
vicious animal $120-750 fine depending on offense and possible euthanasia of animal
dog chasing large game or livestock $120-750 fine, damages, and possible euthanasia

FINE=$150.00 plus repairing the neighbors damages.
