What's the problem with my kawasaki ex500, loss of power?

First i had to stop whlie driving beacuse i noticed some smoke beacause the spark plugs were loosen, then i tighted them but with bad running conditions, then i installed new sparks but the bike has no power when i ride even to almost full power it seems it have no compression in the engine, what could be the problem and how can i fix it?

    sure sounds like a pulse generator fatiging and going bad. take a test light grounded to the negative battery terminal and see if your getting a flicker in the test light when you crank the engine over. you'll need to touch the area on the coils where the electrical wires attach. do not disconnect anything just gently manuever the end of the test light to the point where it makes contact with the wire connection. if the pulse generator is functioning correctly you will get a nice flicker on the test light. if they are going bad you will get very little or no flicker just a light.
