How to throw a football farther?
I'm trying out for my high school's JV quarterback slot, and I wanna know if 35 - 40 yards is good enough. My accuracy is usually spot-on, something I boast about a ton. But I still want to be able to sling it downfield.
So, what specific muscles do you need to work on in order to throw a football farther?? Please don't tell me its all of them, because I wanna work on one, maybe two in specific, and be able to see results.

Do chin ups and pull ups, front and back.
Not only will you be ripped through the shoulders, your grip strength will increase exponentially.
Chin up bar work will stretch and strengthen the muscles you need to be a better passer.
