What can I do with a 2lb 11oz bag of tuna?
But, there is a catch. I live alone and I never have visitors. I don't want to throw any of it out because it goes bad either. So, what can I make with it once I open it? I know how to make a good tuna salad already. What else?

First answer = funny... *very* funny!
Easy tuna casserole
- 1 large family size bag of potato chips (they're potatoes, right?) - BBQ is good, and so is sour cream & onion... salt & vinegar, not so much.
- a couple cans of tuna, juice and all
- a can of mushroom soup
- peas (optional)
- anything else you think would taste good (Minced onion? Chopped snow peas?)
Layer in a casserole dish (starting & finishing with the soup so nothing sticks and burns), and bake at 325 until heated through.
My son complains it's too dry, so you might like to add a little water or milk to the soup
You could probably substitute chips for pasta.
Actually, make a cold pasta salad, with tuna!
I once saw a recipe for "meat" loaf, but it was made with canned salmon instead of beef. I bet you could do the same with tuna (a fish, is a fish, is a fish, is it not?)
Try a reverse ingredient search at http://allrecipes.com/Search/Ingredients.aspx (just type in what you have on hand / or what you want to omit from a recipe)

Tuna noodle casserole!!!
I don't have a recipe for this since the stuff is all just thrown together but it goes like this:
Cook 1 box medium shells untill tender, drain and mix in 1 family size can of cream of mushroom soup... and add bunch of shredded mozarella cheese and as much tuna as you like (i use 2 big cans) then put it in a casserole dish and bake it in the oven at 350 untill the cheese on top starts to turn golden. You can also cook some broccoli and mix it in there as well. If you like, too, you can sprinkle the top of the casserole with french fried onions. You really can't go wrong with portions here.
I really wouldn't try eating all that tuna myself before it goes bad... freeze some of it or something. You'd think all that tuna would give you mercury poisoning, lol.

Buy a bag of boneless, skinless chicken breast (about $8) Buy two stalks of celery (about $2) 1.Clean the chicken breast and cut them into chunks (as large or small as you like). 2. Boil the chicken breast chunks until they are soft and done all the way through (about 15 minutes) 3. Add the celery and half a stick of butter (which can be added before the chicken is completely done.) 4. When the chicken is done, add the egg noodles. 5. Wait until the egg noodles are soft, and add salt and pepper (season to taste) AND YOUR DONE!!!! This is a delicious dish that will only cost about $10. I ate it all the time in college--instead of going out to eat all the time. It's quick and it smells awesome (so your neighbors will really think you know how to cook well). It tastes like homemade chicken noodle soup. You can also add other vegetables you like, I just make mine with celery. Have fun!!

Tuna casserole and then freeze it.
You could make tuna burgers by adding milk, eggs, onions, bread crumbs and freeze them.
Ive seen people take a plain Ragu (name brand, traditional) spaghetti sauce and add tuna to it then freeze if they made too much.
Pizza bagels with the tuna then freeze them.
Hope I helped

Tuna Noodle casserole (you can make several small casseroles and freeze them). Tuna burgers, tuna loaf (a twist on ordinary meatloaf).

You could drop it from a building and most likely kill someone. But you probably shouldn't do that.
