How many crushed butter flavored crackers are in a cup?
I am trying to make a meatloaf recipe I found.

Go ahead and crush them (unless they are already crushed) and measure.
If you are asking because you don't have a measuring cup, then try using the palm of your cupped hand. One of my hands is about 1/2 to 3/4 cups of this type of crumb.
It isn't a crucial thing for meatloaf. Crumbs are a filler. Getting close will be good enough.

Um... a cup full :)
When I make meatloaf, I go for about 20% filler (bread crumbs, crushed corn flakes, crakers, etc... whatever suits your fancy).

I think that you need to crush quite a few to make 1 cup lets say about 35-40 but if you make a little more put them in a bag and keep them for the next use.
