We're going to Playa Del Carmen before Thanksgiving?

From the sounds of it, you don't have your reservations yet. You better get hopping! Fly into Cancun. There are so many resorts it just depends on whether you want an All inclusive or if you want to dine out each night. I prefer the latter. Tripadvisor can help you choose.

Fifth Avenue in Playa is miles of restaurants, shops, and spectacles. Even if you stay at an AI, you have to walk down 5th.

Be sure to visit Tulum, an ancient Mayan city right on the ocean. Also check out one of the eco parks. I have attached links below.

And as the other poster suggested, go to Cozumel for a day. Great snorkeling!

In order for you to get to Cancun, you need to purchase your airplane tickets!!

I would strongly recommend that you check this link, were you would be able to find a variety of hotels in Playa del Carmen which, by the way it is beautiful , 5th ave, it is great. and once you are there take advantage and go to TULUM, or perhaps theme parks like Xcaret, Xel-ha, or even better, CHICHEN ITZA (one of the 7 wonders of the World)

it depends were you come from i luve playa ddel carmen its fantastic i usualy stay with my cusin cuz she lives there but when you go if you want to visit cozumel just get a ferry to cozumel its not that expensive its like 7 dolars
