The Earth is 3.67 times the diameter of the Moon. Therefore, you would have to be 3.67 times closer to the Moon than the Earth. If you were 1 unit of distance from the Moon, the Earth - Moon distance (384,400 km) would be 2.67 of these units. Therefore your distance from the Moon must be 384,400/2.67 which is 144,000 km.

If you were viewing the Moon from 384,250 kilometers away, and viewing the side away from the Earth, you would view its sphere as the same diameter as the Earth's, and it would eclipse the Earth perfectly from that location.
