How do I send in my xbox to MS for repairs?
I know this is a kind of vague and dumb question but I got the e74 error on my xbox and heard that microsoft will fix it for free. Step by step how can I send it to microsoft? Thanks

1) find their number in the xbox manual
2) call them and tell them the problem
3) unless it's possible to fix over the phone by having them guide you through the process, they'll ask for your address and a number to reach you
4) they'll give you a repair order number for when you send it in and as help when checking on its status
5) they'll send a box, or you'll need to find one yourself, to send it to them in
6) schedule a pick-up from your house by UPS or whatever mail service the package requires, or take it to a local UPS/USPS office, or one for whatever service you have to use.
7) it should return within the time the allotted on the phone.
