lay the xbox on its side - put a heavy weight in the middle and start playing with it.
Another way is wrapping it in towels and turning it on :) < thats also the temp fix for rrod

Wrap it in a blanket with hot water bottle and leave the power on

if you still have warranty with microsoft send it in or at the store you bought it at or look on kijiji sometimes people have ads to fix rrod but for a price.
