I am glad you added "without screwing it up"!!! It is already screwed up, and if the Senate passes this atrosity, WE are also screwed!!! If the people who voted for Obama think THEY will not have to pay the piper, they are sadly mistaken!! If they think passing this damn thing will create jobs and bring back the economy, they are wrong!!! THEY will be the FIRST ones to cry FOUL!! with a capital F!!! It's going to take YEARS just to get this PLAN off the ground, unless OBama has already selected certain individuals for these jobs! I don't see any of the Adminstration who are qualified to take on such a task! First thing that SHOULD be done, is a Census!!! I got a letter in the mail sometime ago, asking me to volunteer to do this!!!! REALLY! You mean, going house to house, banging on doors!! Do you honestly think you won't be met by resistance? And why volunterr? Why not being PAID for your efforts, and putting yourself in danger? Whose going to count the homeless roaming around the streets of our cities!?? What are they going to do with the the people who are IN the country with outdated visas!? THOSE people, I don't consider illegal, because originally they DID come into the country with papers. Personally, they should be deported! Obama's aunt for one! Why should she be given carte blanche because her nephew is the President? If he allows HER to stay, then HE is breaking the rules, and will open Pandora's box for everyone! You can bet your life, she is receiving medical care right now, and we are paying for it! SO! what will happen if, in 2012 Obama is booted out of office? Who is going to pick up the reins, or throw the whole thing in the garbage where it belongs. Then try to salvage something out of the mess this Adminstration has created!

My personal "oppinion"?

I think the House and the Senate have essentially become the ruling class. I'm pretty damn sure that it'll pass, but only because they know that it's going to give them more power.

It seems that between the House and the Senate is the only time anyone gets to read a bill.
