What ever happened to Morality in Egypt?
Egypt has an extremely high:
Corruption rate
Sexual Harassment cases
Crime rate
Why is that?
Why do Egyptians try to copy the West?
Why do Egyptians feel proud when they add an English word in their sentence, even though they know they are clearly talking to other Egyptians whom speak Arabic, so they could show people that they are educated?**
What happened to the Egypt's men? Whom had courage, chivalry and bravery? Do you love Mubarak thaaat much? I mean Sadat was a 10x better president yet he got assassinated.
Why do Egyptians think "amshi 3la al haat", as Caesar (of YA) once said?
Why is corruption the way to success in Egypt?
Why is it that a man is willing to kill his brother over 5LE (1 dollar)
...even though in hadith the Prophet (SAW) said that Allah would rather have the Ka3ba destroyed than to a Muslim get killed? Is the Egyptian soul really worth a dollar?
Why is it that Egyptians get mistreated and mocked in foreign countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar Tunis etc?
WHY? WHY? WHY?
BTW I am 100% sure soemone will say soemthing like "matenshorsh gasilna il wesi5" or soemthign like that....
Well if you never "tenshor gasalina" then it will never be clean.
BTW I know this prob. happened in some other countries but I don't care about other countries. I care about Egypt!
**In the medial times Westerns used to go to the Muslim world and learn Arabic. When they speak to other Europeans they would add an Arabic word to show the other Europeans that they are educated. Now it's the other way around.
@Desert Girl: Of course I have suggestions. But right now I only want to know your answers.
@Wolf: Sure, Sadat made lost of mistakes. HOWEVER, he was planning to lave presidency after Sinai got returned. The current dictator is planning to leave presidency when he is put in his coffin.
That's true Wolf, the assassination brought someone worst but maybe we'll have better luck this time. Allahu A3lam.
I agree with pretty much what you said. But do you think that this corruption of the Egyptian personality could be revered? or Is it too late?
@kristy B: Sure that is human nature. But why would you speak with English words when clearly you are speaking to people who speak Arabic. It's just annoying. I would understand if they sued a new Arabic word that they learned.
Thanks for your answer caser. I really liked it too :). But I just don't agree with one thing:
"Because we dont belong there. You Are an Egyptian = You belong to Egypt."
Yes I know that. But I mean like if you were a foreigner (European or American) and you go to these countries they treat you as if you are king...
@Simple Simon: Go back to jewstan you kike!
@Ahmad: First go learn how to use naive correctly. Second you must be high or not Egyptian at all if that's what you think. ;)
@Naz: 100% agree with you.

Amraka , Et2amrek .. Met2amrek.
-What happened to the Egypt's men? Whom had courage, chivalry and bravery? Do you love Mubarak thaaat much? I mean Sadat was a 10x better president yet he got assassinated.
We still exist in smaller numbers out there.
-Why do Egyptians think "amshi 3la al haat", as Caesar (of YA) once said?
Said as Sarcasm , Buddy. Too Much happened to me when i didnt go with the flow. Now i am Collecting myself again. (Recreation of the Don). (Good to see i have a fan base!)
-Why is corruption the way to success in Egypt?
You can get anything you want. You just have to pay the right price.
-Why is it that a man is willing to kill his brother over 5LE (1 dollar)
...even though in hadith the Prophet (SAW) said that Allah would rather have the Ka3ba destroyed than to a Muslim get killed? Is the Egyptian soul really worth a dollar?
Greed. Thats our fault.
Why is it that Egyptians get mistreated and mocked in foreign countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar Tunis etc?
WHY? WHY? WHY?
Because we dont belong there. You Are an Egyptian = You belong to Egypt.
Look Man. Honestly i tell you from personal experience. No matter how close you are , friends will always let you down. the strongest relation you have is the Blood relation. You better start with your own family and work on trusting each other , and build your way up from there. (Yes. It all starts when you think about getting married.)..Personally i wouldnt depend on strangers (not even friends) and do everything i can myself.
At the beginning , you stary by going with the flow. and trying to enhance your situation (financial , civil or any other) and after you get the money , you start thinking about Growing Bigger.
Think Big To Grow Big. Stay True to your Family , and ALWAYS think about Morals and i am 100% sure you will end up just fine .
EDIT: But I mean like if you were a foreigner (European or American) and you go to these countries they treat you as if you are king...
I TELL YOU : NO THEY DONT. a foreigner is always considered a stranger no matter what his nationality is.
I have seen people from different nationalities treated as second class people just because they were foreigners,
Its only the Middle east that hails foreginers and treat them like kings.

Its so sad. I used to see children desperate for food, and living in the streets in Egypt, I used to feel so sorry for them, its all because of poverty. And the problem is Egypt gets billions of dollars every year from the U.S and I don't know what the government does with it. Do they wipe their @sses with it or what?! Its not only because of poverty, its also because of their corrupted government. Even though I am not Egyptian, but I care a lot for Egypt, and I love Egypt a lot.

Well Ahmed problem is we had been living in corruption for a very long time and by the way Sadat was an ugly president just like the scum that rules us right now -i know i'll get tons of thumbs down for this but if you read into history he's done nothing but issuing the 1973 war order and he was the sole one responsible for the "hole" that made the israelis brag about our victory- and that's why we don't have any sort of freedom as all our rulers are military men so we are living under the banner of a military regimen.
One would ask why hadn't US attacked Egypt's military dictatorship of a regimen, the answer is easy because Hosni Mubarak is kalb el 7okooma and as long as the head of the strongest Arab country is under their wings then all is good.
If you remember Sadat had been assassinated by military men of the Muslim brotherhood,so they were actually soldiers and that move proved to be worthless as if brought in even a worse tyrant than sadat was.
I believe it's because Egyptians found that acts of bravery, chivlary and courage were met by ingratitude and inappreciation so they only want to survive on the hopes that tomorrow will be better and as the first answerer said it's because of poverty, poor people who barely manage the day are quite jealous of what others have so they try to release their hatred (unintended but due to overwhelming circumstances) and jealousy in the form of these criminal acts. 5alas el nas getetha na7aset. I get to believe that there will be chaos in the next presidential elections especially that most probable that the army won't be backing Mubarak or his son.
@Ahmed: well my good friend i don't believe sadat just made mistakes,he made griveous mistakes,da7na konna hane5sar el 7arb bsabab mawdoo3 el tha3'ra deh!! bas 3amatan aho 3'aar dahya la terge3o he was a dictator himself and there were no gurantees he was going to leave.
3amatan el en7edar el a5laa2y dah,ebtada yebayen lel nas en el mashy ganb el 7aet bysawa2 el masa2el aktar fa lazem el nas tet7arak wana 3andy e7sas en el wa3y byzeed sa7ee7 mesh b 5atawat was3a bas ana 7asesha sabta w insha2Allah fel ente5abat elly gaya hayet3'ayar 7agat kteer w nla2y qeyada shabba w mesh 3askareya b 7aes en yeb2a feeh qowa lel a7zab mesh bas 7ezb wa7ed taye7 fel ba2y!!
I would say that the reason behind this is a collection of things including poverty, illetracy, fear,el mashy gamb el 7aet,political ignorance and no participation in active political life, excessive corruption in all departments starting by the police department that should form the shield beyond which all civilian citizens should hide behind but seems to be a sword directed at them by the government and self interest.
@Simple Jack: why don't get the hell out of here you retarded moron?!

I am just wondering if you have suggestions and answers for your questions, or do you just feel like saying the worst things and wanted an outlet?
Your question would be a lot more interesting if you proposed solutions to some of the things that caused your concerns :)

Morality, ethics, and brilliant ideas all either got highjacked or killed and the Zionist invasion succeeded.. on the contrary I see that most the west live with our ethics and stand for Islamic morals without even knowing it :(

You're being naive, the world doesn't work in the way you're suggesting it should. If these things bother you, then just be grateful that compared to the rest of the world Egypt is a relativley alcohol-free, sex-free, crime-free country.
