Severe sunburn strange symptoms, see a doctor?
I got a sunburn a few days ago, it seemed pretty bad to my friends and family but I don't feel any burning pain, have any blisters, and although there is redness by now it is almost completely gone(it's been three days). However, a day after the sunburn I began to experience flu like symptoms, it started with chills, nausea, high fever. During the second day(yesterday) the fever went down a little in the morning and increased again in the afternoon. I've been taking aspirins. My nausea has improved, and I've been able to eat again. Now I have a runny nose and a sore throat, but still feel little pain.
I've had a friend feel my forehead for me to see if I was burning up, but she said it felt like only a degree or two above normal body temperature.
I'm not sure what to do. I'm probably going to see a doctor today anyway, but I don't know if I'm overreacting. Could it just have been an unlucky flu that happened at the same time of the sunburn(or even a day later?), and should I just take acetaminophen for it?
I've been drinking water to the point where I'm peeing almost clear. Taking aspirin seems to lower my fever and relieve the little pain I feel, but I can't keep taking aspirin forever. Help me out!

No worries, this is not caused by your sunburn.
I do not see how flu symptoms and a sunburn not even reaching pain and/or blisters can be related.
Just ignore the sunburn part and treat the rest as a simple flu.
Drinking water is very good, good to hear you have appetite again. I'd recommend just staying at home for a couple days and getting some rest.
If your fever spikes again of if other symptoms worsen, you might wanna go check with a doctor. Until then, I'm no doctor myself, but I think you should be fine.
