Attn: Health Practitioners and Pharmacists: muscle relaxers?

Are there any muscle relaxers, even mild dosage, available in the USA over the counter? I know there are in Canada, UK, etc. Thanks!

No, there really isn't. Why are you so opposed to prescription muscle relaxers? Talk to your doctor about your problem, and I'm sure he'd have no problem writing you a prescription for a muscle relaxer like Carisoprodol (brand name Soma).

    I hope that helps,

There are OTC pills that claim to relax the muscles and even herbal remedies but they are all crap. The only way to get anything good is threw a doctor or nurse practitioner. Sorry. I know it sucks...

NOPE. The health care in this country is being raped by Pharmaceutical companies so people in pain, myself included, are treated like crap under shoe. If you can't get a prescription in this wretched country, then there are no options other than OTC candy for pain.
