Survey: Do you hate when a contact stars a question?

I had this urge to star this question... and not answer it. lol

Sometimes, I star a question and I don't answer it. It could be because I am not sure what to say, don't know much about the subject, sometimes...if it involves giving more personal information than I want to, I don't answer it... but I still star so others can have the option of answering.

Because of what it has been like on this lovely site, I have become more cautious and stick to basic topics. If I really have something to say and don't want to post, I send a message.

If I star and don't answer a question it's because either one of the other answers says all I could, and better; or the issue in the question has set me off so that I've become inarticulate.

Another reason would be because the issue is being 'followed' by the USDoJ; in that case, the question needs to be examined, but I'm too cowardly to openly cross those guys, they play rough.

It doesn't bother me at all. I many times won't answer a question because there are already good answers. I will however star when I want to go back & see later the other answers. I don't just randomly star a question for no reason though.

I'm not bothered by it. Sometimes, I star questions and don't answer it because I simply don't know how to answer it; thus, I'd like to see what others put as their answers.

i dont care at all about stars .. but sometimes i star peoples questions because some people appreciate them

you DON'T sound stalkerish (ignore that answer). i understand you. personally i don't know if anyone stars my questions much. i don't pay attention. i just like hearing from friends about what they think about things. :)

It doesn't bother me.

In fact it sounds stalkerish to be upset over that...
