torah given by Yah to Moses .
talmud and mishna comprised of rabbinic writings of supposed oral law that Moses forgot ? to write down ? yes sure tell me another 1.
if Moses didn't write it then to me the source of the "inspiration" is highly suspect - malachi 2:11

The Torah was inspired because Moses wrote what God told him to.
The Talmud is not inspired. The Talmud is the Rabbi's Commentary on the Tanakh or the entire Hebrew Scriptures.
The Talmud is roughly the Jewish equivalent of the Roman Catholic Catechism.

Torah - G-d told Moses to write it all down, so it was inspired by g-d.
Talmud - Rabbi Judah the Nasi saw that the oral Torah was being lost so he started writing things down in what today is the Mishna.
