Where can I get my throttle body bored out? Is it a worthy upgrade?

I have a lame 55mm throttle body on my 1990 Cherokee and want to bore it out a couple mm. I know a newer model intake fits but I have an EGR valve and it's not an option untill I rebuild the engine (won't be for a looong time). What are my options and where can I get this done?

Update:

New TB's are not available for my year model, and I don't want to buy one it's too expensive.

Larger aftermarket TB's are available for all of the 4.0's if I remember correctly, but arren't really going to improve performance without other mods to make use of the flow.

Boring out the throttle body will require a new butterfly plate as well - best if you just purchase a larger throttle body.
