they're not in stores anymore but you can probably get them on ebay or amazon

Those were the 3rd gen ipod "NANOS" They have been discontinued as of more than a year ago :( But I am sure if you google 3rd gen ipod nano's that some where on the internet there are resellers who may still be selling them.

i dont think they have them in stores anymore.. you can probably get it at the apple store though or get it online.

i dont think you will be able to find it new unless you on ebay or craigslist...good luck
