mucus plug. Do you have to loose it?

Every woman has one, but not all lose it. I didn't lose mine, but my water broke at 37 weeks.

Every woman has one --- not every woman notices it come out.

Sometimes it comes out in such small pieces you will not notice --- or sometimes it comes out sometime far into active labor.

And don't worry about losing it or not - it doesn't mean much for when labor will start. I went into labor 4 weeks after losing mine.

I didnt lose mine until I was 38 weeks and 5 days, it just happened outta nowhere so don't lose hope but some people dont lose theirs until labor or dont notice it.
