Is this a good heavy bag?

http://www.ringside.com/Ringside-Leather-Heavybag-...

Just for home use, I am about 175lb at 5'11" But not a super hard hitter as my wrists are pretty slim. I want some swing in the bag. I like this one because its soft filled for low impact, and it seems to be a pretty good size or at least a pretty standard size.

You've selected a great heavy bag. Not too many times do I come across someone who's smart enough to go for Ringside. Your selection of heavy bag is second only to the Ringside water/foam bags. Excellent choice. The only thing I would do different is get one in 150-200 lbs. 70 pounds is a little too light for you. You should get at least a 125 pound one. Other than that, fantastic choice.

IMO....go to Proboxingequipment.com and look at their 22 oz. vinyl/nylon bags at 125 lbs. These are the same bags used in most California gyms including Freddy Roach's . Good luck. Billboxing
