Whats the diff between a harddrive cam and a digital cam.?
Im looking into purchasing this camera:
Sony Webbie HD MHS-PM1 Silver Flash Memory Camcorder, Hi Def MP4, 4x Digital Zoom, Requires Memory Stick
However, i hear that it is a harddrive...???? Is this a negative or positive characteristic? and whats the diff between this and a regular digital camera/cam corder?

By definition a camera takes still pictures and a camcorder takes moving pictures.
The webbie says its a flash memory camcorder it means that it records to a card not a hard drive, out of the two HDD or flash card I would go for the flash card, less moving parts, video I think is slightly better But that's my opinion. there is a difference in the cost.
Good luck
