I need to get in around 40-45grams of protein in for a meal, what are some meal ideas for me?
I need 40-45g of protein, but I am also going to include a carb with this meal and veggies, so do you have any ideas for meals that I could have. I like pretty much all types of meats, so I'm open to ideas.

That is a lot of protein for one meal. The RDA for protein is between 46-50 grams for a day for women.
Excellent sources of protein and lean meat and fish, beans, milk and eggs. Veggies are carbohydrates.
