Toolbar question- the toolbar has gone to the top?

Probably is an easy answer but my toolbar has suddenly appeared on the top of my computer, instead of the bottom, which is most irritating. I am not sure what I have done but would be most grateful to know how to get it back to normal. Tried restarting but the whole thing is still at the top.Thanks.

Update:

Thank you Dave, it worked! All back to normal.

ok then first go near it not exactly on it but when a black arrow appears u will be able to drag it back down from the top. Keep tying, it takes a while but i got it right in about like fifteen minutes. When u r doing this try not to go to a game website.

First, right click somewhere in the blank space of the bar and see if 'unlock taskbar' is an option. If it is an option, select it.

Then, click again in the same blank space of the taskbar and drag it around to the base of your screen.

After you can right-click on it and lock it up again so it won't happen in future!

    Hope this helps.
