Boston nightlife and dining recommendations?!?
My boyfriend and I will be heading to Boston this weekend and will be staying in the Financial District. Can anyone recommend some great restaurants and bars? We aren't looking to spend a ton of money, so preferably places that won't cost an arm and a leg (i.e. bars where the drinks are $14, restaurants with $25-$30 entres). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Most restaurants fall into your price range. Some of the more famous places in Boston include:
Legal Seafood - for seafood
Durgin Park - at Quincy Market. Menu is great, attitude of servers is a hoot.
No Name - for seafood. Ask for directions.
Various places in the North End - for Italian.

Going to be pouring rain this weekend, be sure you bring appropriate cloths etc..
Go the North End, which is the Italian neighborhood. You can't go wrong here, however the places of note would be Neptune Oyster and Daily Catch for seafood, Giacomo's for Italian, Modern Pastry for your baked goods.
