I have taken spinning classes and i had no problem with my knees ( i also play softball as a catcher and run so my knees have been pushed to the limit) The instructer even told all of us that if your knees hurt you are doing it wrong and they will help you to correct what you are doing wrong

It's no longer as natural to get knee ache with biking however it might occur, certainly if you have already got a few disorders. I could say if you're a bit of over weight and no longer used to biking, stepping instantly right into a spinning magnificence could do exactly it. They have a tendency to be particularly lively with plenty of rise up-sit down down, pass rapid-pass gradual. Best to begin off on a usual pastime motorbike and construct up slowly till you've gotten constructed a few elementary situation (the muscle mass used aren't the identical agencies as strolling) after which check out the spinning.
