Why do I feel this way all the time?

That's just how it is. It won't really get better unless you do something about it. Whenever you get that feeling, just... masturbate. It'll go away, though it'll come back within another couple of days.
There's nothing wrong with masturbating; but lots of girls seem to think so these days.

Probably wont go away unless you actually do it. So, while i know youve said you dont want to yet, this is clearly only going to be solved by actually having sex.
