capricorns and libras please help me?

i dated this capricorn 2 years ago and to get over him i simply just went out with someone for 8 months and during those 8 months capricorn was bothering me to go back out with him. and when i broke up with the bf ............ i texted him and told him that we can pick up things again. and when he ditched me about calling me later i felt really bad and later that day the bf called and said he wanted me back so i thought if my capricorn is going to play games then w.e so i went back with my bf n he was obsesivly calling me non stop and texting me and just sending me a whole mess of messages wondering what had happend. so i broke up with my bf again and i told my capricorn he asked me to go to the park and we did and we made out and we laughed and had a great time but he just doesnt want to try hard to hang out with me can anyone find out if we are good for december cause i looked at the magazine lol and it said its a great match but idk i should believe in that and i love him so much its been 2 years and i cant get over him and its obvious that he cant get over me . but at the same time am just not sure. btw i am a libra and i know most of the answers would be not ment to be but i dont want that i just want to know what i can do to make him ask me out again please !!!!
