How do i lift a 89 Dodge Dakota?
I am wanting to a Inexpensive suspension lift on my dakota. it already has a 3" body lift and i am looking for 2" or so on the suspension. the truck has torsion bars in the front. I heard that you can "crank" the torsion bars but what are the pros and cons of this?

The only "pro" is lift.
Cons: Hard on ball joints, bad for CV shafts, rides like poo, hard on steering parts.
If you only go 1-1.5" of lift you won't see any major problems, just a little stiffer ride.
