Nascar Nation, which do you prefer?

Who's going to win? I'd say Jimmie Johnson even though I'd hate it, his success is undeniable.

Who do I want to win? Jeff Gordon, I hope the 48 team has struggles/mech. failures so Gordon can win and make it a 3 man race at Homestead.

COT or old car? I'd say COT even though the old car did have better racing. The COT will at least keep our drivers safe and hopefully in the future, teams will be able to make the COT more competitive to make races more interesting.

My choice for the winner? Who else would a Mark Martin fan pick, other than Mark Martin?

I prefer the old car, mostly because that was the car they were racing when I got into NASCAR, so it's what I got used to. I've also heard that the new car was supposed to do away with the dreaded Aero Push, but it just seemed to make it worse, and the only way a car got a 5+ second lead on the pack was because he was just plain faster than everyone, not the "clean air" stuff with the COT. A crappy, 20th place car with the COT can pull out to a 5 second lead because of clean air, but with the old car, the crappy cars got passed by the better cars, plain and simple. The only thing the COT has going for it is the safety features.

I would like to see Tony Stewart win at Phoenix. Stewart Haas Racing has done such a great job this year, it would be nice to see them in the winner's circle at least one more time in 2009. I'd like the old cars back. And, I wish the chase would end...... I liked it better the old way.

I think anytime Kyle Busch is on the track, he is a big,big threat so i'm gonna go with him,

And I guess I prefer the Car Of Tomorrow, but only because it is a safer car It will just take us a few years to get use to it.

I'm gonna' go with Marcos Ambrose for a wild card shot. On the old car vs CoT issue it's divided for me. The old car gave better racing but the CoT helps keep the drivers safer. Who knows who Newman would've been after the wreck in an old car? He might've been fine but he could've broke something.

Stewart will win , I like COT for safety but older car better to watch and DO AWAY WITH THE CHASE!!

I'd prefer NASCAR without the stinking chase. Everything else is fine with me.

Dale Jr look good so i'm going with him and the cot car because it's safer and more dependable.
