It's decent. Most department store credit cards average 22% interest rate these days. Visa and MC have APR as low as 8%, then of course there are always promotions on various cards that offer 1 year no interest, no payments etc.

Depends on if this is your first credit card, if it's a reward cc, if it's a store credit card. But overall it is a pretty good apr. You can get a lower one though if you want.

It does not matter how much interest rate is for the card. My question to you is can you pay off the credit card balance?
