How do i get back all of my apps on my itouch?

please help i lost all of them how do i get them back from itune

Connect your iPod touch to your computer and launch iTunes. Go to the Applications tab in iTunes and make sure the apps your want restored on your iPod are checked. Perform a sync. Your apps should now all be back on the iPod.
