There are many ways to do this. I will list three...

just copy the URL of the said site and paste it to the clip extractor then click download... and then after a few seconds you can already watch it even if u don't have an internet connection!!!

by the way, most of the videos are in ".flv" format, meaning if you don't have a program that can read such file, you can try looking for a "total video player", it is a software that can read all types or format of a video...well I hope TVP can read it all! =P
