Why does my Zune randomly wipe all information?
My Zune 120 sometimes spazzes out and deletes all music on it, and sometimes acts funny in other ways but moslty it will just act normallly and then just delete all music, videos, and everything else... what can I do? whats goin on?

You probably got one with a bad hard drive.
Exchange it if you can.

sounds like you may have a virus hiding in one of your songs or videos....if that is the case, good luck finding it. i would suggest you run your antivirus to find any viruses. other than that, it could be a glitch in your firmware...you can delete the firmware and restore it through the software i believe...and this may fix your problem.

Do you have it on Manual Sync? If not sometimes it will remove the music that it cannot find on your hard drive/folders.
