If evolution is true, why did only one species (humans) go completely out of their heads?
We look at other animals as primitive and below our level. Why? Why is there not even one animal that we can equate to us? What is the equivalent to a human anyway?
Humans are the only species that went completely out of their heads in the evolutionary process, if you really believe in that stuff.

Animals besides humans can't philosophize. - Incorrect, stargazing and such, has been observed.
Animals besides humans can't become religious - Incorrect. It is stupid to assume that we understand how other animals think, it is very possible and indeed probable they have some form of cultural religion.
Animals besides humans can't contemplate the afterlife - Incorrect. Fear associated with death is common to most animals, this shows contemplation of the afterlife.
Animals besides humans can't have a rational discussion - Incorrect. Once again you assume we know how animals think. We don't.
Animals besides humans can't build roller coasters or ride them - Correct. But not particularly important.

Of your first 4 points, you actually have only assumption to support it.
However, intelligence is not the end product of evolution. Evolution has no end product - all it does is drive continual adaptation. Humans evolved intelligence first, and passed through several different species on their way to us. Each time, the "other" intelligent species was wiped out by the newer intelligent species - kind of a good pointer as to why there's only one species that thinks quite like us on the planet, no?

lol at first post dont see how that proves anything but funny. And to answer your question we are in pursuit of higher education and on are way we went insane while animals only focus on living. If an animal is dropped in a forest its normal but if a human gets thrown in the woods you get a t.v. show. Were all transpiring against each other that's why.

Really, you know how a Neraderthal thought? Didn't think so. You know the inner workings of the dolphin click system. Didn't think so. Also, having an imaginative brain is not the end goal of evolution. It only was for us as we have no other merit. A cheetah's end goal was speed. The end goal of an eagles was flight and great eyes. Do you see my point. Why is it the cheetah is the only animal that can run that fast? Why is it the light bug is the only one who can light up. See what I'm saying?

Becoming religious and contemplating the afterlife are defects created by the human brain, really. It is unnecessary to survival. What good are rollercoasters, and what idiotic branch of logic makes you feel superior for riding one?
And evolution isn't something you believe in, it's scientific fact that you study.

Because the other animals didn't feel the need to do that.
Who says animals don't have rational discussions among themselves? Especially whales and dolphins?
Why would a dolphon need a roller coaster?

The characteristics that lead to human dominance are intertwined with the things that are connected with higher thought. If another creature were to become the dominate species, it would be very likely that they would look very similar to humans, think similar to humans, and ask questions about the same stuff

If R&S has taught me anything, it's that the line that separates humans from the rest of the species of animals is a lot blurrier than one would think.

lol - i was wondering this yesterday while the net was out here.... this is what i came up with....
if the humans would back off and let any other species live freely enough to procreate to the same numbers as we are, then that species could stop worrying about survival and start thinking existentially and growing from it.
