Whats weird about it there is a town in montana that's lobbing to get the detainees housed there.

Considering Dick Durban is for it, it makes sense to him. It makes no sense to me. I'd buy a deserted island off the coast of Alaska...would not cost much to build a prison, but it'd cost a bunch to keep them warm and comfortable, as we seem to think that we must do. If this is his idea for making jobs...we are going into a depression.
