Pictures that you take that incriminate you may or may not be used as evidence depending or whether or not they had the right to search you and whether or not it is admissible in court.

If the pics are of you smoking a blunt or swilling beer, they are fine. Not really bright to carry them around, but nothing you can be succesfully prosecuted for there. That doesn't mean you may not have problem or two, but the photos aren't enough to get a conviction.

If they contain anything that may even look like child porn, you will go to jail, and you will not enjoy the next several years of your life.
