You may need to get involved in some activities such as working out. I dont know much details about your situation and what lead you to this but seeking counseling may help.

You really need to try to drag and push yourself to get involved in some activities to distract yourself. Ask your friends out to socialize. If you don't have any, doing some outdoor sports or taking your dog out for long walks is good too.
The more time you spend at home doing nothing, the more worthless/depressed you'll feel about yourself. It's an endless cycle you need to break through.
Do something that makes you feel good about yourself. Think about how you may volunteer to help out at the local aged-care facility, or even the RSPCA (if you're an animal lover)! Perhaps consider blood donation if you're not up for any socializing with anyone? These will help you feel that you're not worthless and there is someone out there that needs you.
Hope you feel better soon... You're welcome to message me and we can talk if you like :)

i have been there. you need to talk to someone. this is a start, but you need to tell someone close to you and then get help! you could have an imbalance in your brain (like its lacking enough of a certain part). you can get pills for that. im on them and it will get better. good luck

go to a local counselor. i know it's embarrassing, but it's better than being depressed. Trust me on this one.
