I am currently 17 and will be turing 18 in June. This season in rugby, the size difference from U17's to U19's is massive, so i decided to start going to the gym back in September. I go three times a week, and work all of my body over the course of the week. I don't seem to be putting on any muscle or weight, and its really frustrating me to see the rest of my team getting bigger bar me. I weigh about 12 stone, I'm about 6 ft 2, and i play Second Centre or Wing. I have from now until the end of August to put on as much muscle as i can. Please help?

Over the past couple of weeks I have been getting headaches pretty much everyday. The headaches are only in my left temple, never anywhere else, and in the past few days i have been getting a nosebleed everyday, but it only bleeds out my right nostril. Sometimes i also get dizzy. Should I be worried? I am 17.

Well me and my ex broke up a year ago, but we remained really good friends, but i still love her, and she says she still loves me too. She's kind of with someone tho, but they are not going out. But recently our close friend was in a car crash and died, so we got even closer through comforting each other. Also every now and then we hook up, just for a night and then the next day its as if it never happened. what do i do to get her back, i'm getting really depressed over it and i want her back more than anything. Right, there is this girl that i really like, we always talk on facebook, msn, text that sort of thing. At my friends party last friday she had a bit too much to drink and went outside feeling sick, so i went out with her to comfort her. right, my ex and i have been split up for roughly 4 months now. we started being friends again about a month ago. last saturday i was sitting on a bench near her house, minding my own business, when next thing i know she comes along walking her dog. we chatted for a bit, then she asked me to come back to her place for a while. i went back, she put her dog in and we went to watch some tv. while watching tv, we were flirting, messing, tickling, cuddling, and at one stage she fell asleep on me while we were both lying on the sofa. when she woke up, it got to the stage where we started kissing each others neck, biting each others ears, stuff like that. then she said to stop, and wait till her mum was home so we could go up to her room. her mum arrived home and we lay down on her bed and started a film. i was in the middle of her and her bedside table, which her phone was on. her phone went off and she jumped on top of me to get it, so i started kissing her neck again. when she was finished on the phone she pushed me away from her neck and started kissing me. one thing lead to another and we ended up having sex. i love her so much, and we've been texting non stop since then. she says she doesnt want a relationship, so how can i get her to see that shes meant to be with me. before we broke up we were going out for 2 years. please i really need help i love her so much and im meeting her tomorrow. what will i say?

ok my best friend, who is my ex, who i care for so so much, is going to ruin her life. before we were together she would go out drinking every weekend, hanging on the streets and going with any guy that came up to her. now she is so nice, but ever since we broke up she has started to hang around with these people more and more. she told me last night that she wanted to start drinking and hanging around the streets again. any advice on how to talk her out of it? and on the other hand, we're getting really close again, and i kinda want her back. if i get her back she wont hang around streets and stuff. what will i do?
