If one did not know anything at all about Jesus/God for their whole lives, would they go to hell?
That's actually the point of my question Ashley. While it is near impossible in this day and age of information and folks traveling everywhere, even to remote/more primative parts of the world, it wasn't always this way. There were tribes and villages that never had outsiders come to bring them a Bible and preach to them about God, so why would God punish them with hell?

so wait a minute david. your telling me that because by sheer accident of birth, and where i happend to be when i was born, i might end up in hell?
say im born in some remote village hidden in a rainforest in some hidden corner of south america. modern civilization has only been out to study us twice, and they spent that time learning our language, not teaching us about god.
by your logic, simply because i was born in a bush in south america rather than in a hospital somewhere, im going to hell
why on EARTH would you want to believe in a god who sends people to hell if they never had access to anything that would teach them about said god??
