What's the name of this Springsteen/Petty style song that includes the phrase "Baby let's keep in touch"?

I thought it was "Born to Run" but I just can't come up with the right song. The line might have been at the end of a verse and it definitely wasn't in the chorus. It was definitely sung in that kind of freestyle tone that both artists us but I'm pretty sure it was Springsteen.

    That line is in the second verse, I believe.

    I believe you're thinking of "Rosalita". It's Springsteen.

    EDIT: Sookie is right. I'm giving a thumbs up. But...Springsteen does say the line more than once in "Rosalita".
