How can I build this computer?
I am in need of a new computer for my work when I graduate and even before I graduate.
What I want and need is a dual built computer. I want and need a Mac and also a windows operating system in one computer.
I will also need to have the ability to dual display both systems so I can use them both at the same time.
Does anyone know how this can be done? I have a tech friend who will help me as long as we can figure out how to build such a system.
Can anyone out there tell me how this can be done? Any advice and web pages with instructions would be greatly appreciated.
It is not impossable. Our school had several that are duo booted and can operate at the same time and my friend just bought one and we were using both systems together at the same time.

Ideally, the best solution would be some sort of hypervisor system, but those are pretty pricey. And another problem with building a computer like that is the Mac OS which has a different BIOS which would be technically illegal to use on any computer other than a Mac.
There are alternatives, though which would be using some sort of virtual machine software. I've included links to some of the best Virtualization software below. With most of them, you can run Windows as the host and with some looking around on the web, run Mac as the guest operating system.
Keep in mind that running Mac OS X on anything other than a Mac does violate the Mac OS EULA. Having said that, there are dozens of websites which do show you how to run Mac OS X under a PC, both alone and atthe same time (as a virtual machine) with windows.

Sounds like you will need to buy a Mac that has a Windows operating system. You can't (legally) build your own Mac.
I have no idea how you can boot to both operating systems at the same time (it is impossible to do now!).
You are going to need either 2 computers or learn to use only one operating system at a time.

1) Buy a PC
2) Buy a Mac.
3) Remove the cabinetry from both of them.
4) Custom build a new cabinet that will accommodate both mobos and their peripherals.
5) Put it all together.
