It means i love you. wuv sounds like love, and wuv means love, but sometimes less serious. ooo and i obviously sound like i and you. so, there you go (: It isnt english; its just pronounced differently than i love you.

that was decided during the council of trent. many cardinals and bishops argued over this, it was a month long symposium.
