Thanksgiving is a funny holiday. It's actually harder to find open restaurants than Christmas. Many close EARLY. But as long as you're on the highway, you should see McDonald's, Denny's, I-Hop and most diners & fast food available. When in doubt, hotels usually have an open dining room too (like Holiday Inn). They'll be servingThanksgiving fare.

You won't have any problem finding an open restaurant.. Most, if not all, are open that day. Holidays are a big draw to restaurants..
