Texas Bans Hetero Marriage?

Texas has accidentally banned marriage. Way to go, Texas.

    Texas did NOT accidentally ban marriage. A single liberal candidate for political office says that she interprets the Texas Constitutional amendment that banned gay marriage as also banning straight marriage. She is wrong.
