How do they decide what day Easter is going to fall on each year?

It's always on a different day each year. It doesn't have a simple rule of when it will fall like Thanksgiving does, either. Sometimes it's in March! How do they determine the day?

This was decided by the Council of Nicaea, the same people who picked the books to go into the New Testament.

They decided it would be the first Sunday after the first full moon, following the Spring Equinox (the day when day and night are exactly the same length).

The equinox is considered (by the church) to be March 21, so Easter varies between March 22 and April 25.

To make the date much extra good to artwork out the ecclesiastical finished moon in lots of cases falls on a distinctive day from the astronomical finished moon. yet Easter will continuously be between the dates of March 22 and April 25. i wish it is a few help!
