    Give it back to the taxpayers! They need a bailout, especially near Christmas time, lol

    Not giving my age, but were I an American, I would be a Democrat.

    I think it should be used to give $200 Billion worth of tax breaks to the lowest earners in the US. These people would actually spend the extra money, stimulating the economy.

    Please note I think it should go to the lowest "earners", and not simply to the poorest people.
