Why can't I download anything?
I just got my computer back after the hard drive quit working so they installed a new one or whatever it is that they do and now I have absolutely no toolbar at all for the internet I can't even go to my homepage and I can't download anything. Not Yahoo toolbar, not Messenger not anything not even the new version of Microsoft so wtf does anyone have any suggestions?
Lo.l I know almost NOTHING about this gorgeous little machine I type on so if you want to let me know how to get to my homepage, get a new tab and all those other things I can't figure out without having the option to click on those icons please share.
And my main problem is I can't download anything. I'd like to have things like Messenger again but it refuses.

Oh wow, I don't even know where to start...
Your toolbars aren't necessary to download anything - or even to visit your homepage. I don't even understand what your problem is.

If this were me, I would be talking with the people who did this supposed repair and make them fix it properly.

if you replace your hard drive, then you might have to reinstall your windows operating system. and that's why everything is gone.
