I am so angry with the american public and their willingness to give up their rights individual freedoms and liberties.I for one am willing to fight to the death to preserve defend and protect my country my constitution. Our founding fathers constructed our country knowing full well this problem we face now would come up and warned us .We the people have the law on our side it is up to we the people to force our government judges law enforcement to obey the law.FORCE them uphold and protect the constitution the oath they all swore . We the people our job is to make them do so or face our wrath thats why we have been given freedom of speach the right to keep and bear arms we the people must make sure the government fears we the people.Like little children government must be reminded who is boss and we the people are thier boss lets take them to the wood shed lest they forget again

Some do not fall for the "change" as it suits the voters. The NRA is going to spend $40 million this fall on advertising against obama. It seems they did their homework on his stance against gun ownership and are not convinced he has changed just because he said everyone has a constitutional right to bear arms. His previous statements about supporting the DC gun ban and people clinging to their guns is what they base their opinion of obama on. If the NRA was not against Gore, he would have won instead of Bush, so they do have influence. Voters who really research a candidate are not fooled by obamas people pleasing rhetoric.

being British he has made no change - we appear to still be trailing along in his retinue. As regards the Answer saying we need jobs - why not adopt the same method as the Thai (Siam) that no outsider can have a job that can be done by a Thai

unfortunatly, change takes time. what, did you expect a 'New Deal' type thing overnight? Even Rosevelt's new deal wasn't overnight.
BTW, no trashing the new deal. I live in coastal area that I wouldn't be able to live in without the dunes built by the new deal.

It took Bush 8 years to tear it down. Clinton handed the country over in great shape. Bush tore it down. Obama is doing a good job at fixing things but WE NEED JOBS.
