Hi -I'm based in the UK and want to check whether the glass in my conservatory is safe. How can I tell?

The conservatory was apparently built within the last 10 years but the company has since gone out of business and we've had some problems with the sub-standard workmanship and aftercare. I'm worried that the glass might also be sub standard - one pane is definitely different from the others as it is, and water 'blurs' down it rather than standing out in drops when it rains. No markings/letters are visible.

Have you tried to clean the glass there may be a coating on it. check to see if it has a good seal, is it single pane or gas filled double if double you may have to have it replaced. It is very costly to have the gas put back into it because of a lost seal. It is not hard to replace single pane glass if you have the patience.
