Do Christians believes in the two scribes angles are sitting on each of our shoulders?
We swear that We have created the human being and We know what his soul whispers to him. We are closer to him than even his jugular vein. (16) Since the two scribes are sitting on each of his shoulders, he does not utter a word which is not recorded immediately by the watchful scribes. (17) The human being will certainly experience the agony of death (18) and (the human being will be told), "This is what you had been trying to run away from". (19) The trumpet will certainly be sounded. This will be the day (about which you) were threatened. (20) Every soul will be accompanied (by an angel) behind him and another as a witness. (21) (He will be told), "You were completely heedless of this day. We have removed the veil from your eyes and your vision will now be sharp and strong". (22) His (angelic) companion will say, "(Lord), the record of his deeds is with me and is all ready". (23) (They will be told,) "Throw into hell every persistent disbelievers, (24) who is an opponent of good, a suspicious transgressor (25) and an idol worshipper. Throw him into severe torment". (26) His satanic companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not mislead him, but he himself went astray". (27) The Lord will say, "Do not argue in My presence; I had certainly sent you a warning. (28) No word is to be exchanged in My presence. I am not unjust to My servants". (29) On that day We shall ask hell, "Are you full?" It will say, "Are there any more?" (30) Paradise will be brought near for the pious ones (31) (and they will be told), "This is what you were promised. It is for everyone who turned in repentance to God, kept his promise, (32) feared the Beneficent God in secret, and turned to Him with a repenting heart". (33) (They will be told), "Enter Paradise in peace and, therein, you will live forever". (34) They will have therein whatever they want and will receive from Us more rewards (35)

A slightly similar belief can be found in the Bible, in Revelation 20:12. This describes a vision in which "the dead were judged by what was written in the books". However most Christians would read this as a metaphor and not a literal truth. God has absolute knowledge, so has no need to keep written records about our actions. The point the passage is making is that all things will be remembered, as surely as if they were written, and we shall have to give an full account of ourselves at the last judgement.

Mohammed heard talmudic tales, and some Biblical stories from local Jewish tribes, but did not read the Bible nor had it read to him by someone multilingual when he became rich, so his authority only rests on the angelic being that threatened him when it first appeared to him in a dingy cave. What if it was deceiving spirit, like happened with Mani, who also thought he was the prophet of God and was also told he was the last prophet. Like Mohammed he also taught things that contradicted the existing revelation of God. In Mohammed's case there was also a lot of sin that isn't present in a genuine prophet of God (eg forcing people into his religion or else they got executed) - by their fruit shall you know the false prophets - Matthew 7:15.
